Aloha stuck on startup screen - iPhone 17

Solved Avery Isaacs 20 days ago

I have used Aloha for a long time. Recently got a new iPhone 17 and now when I click the Aloha app icon, the app starts and shows the Aloha logo but then does nothing. Ive let it sit for a few minutes, nothing. I’ve restarted my phone still the issue persists.

Im afraid to delete the app and reinstall because I don’t want to lose my bookmarks and settings.

Hi there,

Thanks for the message.

Please send us report:

1. Go to iPhone/iPad Settings

2. Scroll down to find Apps - tap Aloha in the list

3. Toggle Debug mode on

4. Go to Aloha app

5. Tap Report in the top right corner and send it to us

We will look into it as soon as we can.

The issue is fixed now after I tried many times to open the app. I had one tab open, my guess that tab was infinite looping/crashing so I kept hard pressing icon on Home Screen and pressing close all tabs. Eventually after many many tries it worked.
