Request cancellation and Refund
Dear Support Team,
I would like to request the cancellation of my Aloha Premium subscription and a full refund of the amount deducted from my account.
The premium subscription was purchased accidentally and unintentionally. I was not aware that clicking the option would result in a paid subscription, and the payment was deducted without my clear understanding. I do not have sufficient knowledge about using the Aloha Premium features, and therefore the service is not useful to me.
I kindly request you to understand that this purchase was made unknowingly and was not intentional. Hence, I sincerely request you to cancel the subscription and process the refund to my account at the earliest.
