When I download videos, it only saves 3 seconds. Bought premium, still not fixed.

When I try to download a video, the option appears, but it only downloads about three seconds of the video. This varies randomly: sometimes it’s page X, sometimes page Y. Some downloads are full, but most end up just three seconds long. I just bought the premium version and it doesn’t solve the issue
