File save not working

Using an IPAD

I can save a video file to the files part of ALOHA. I used to then be able to click edit, select a video file the choose save file and it would save the file to PHOTOS app on the iPad and then I could do whatever I wanted like connect to tv and watch the video, now I click the save files and nothing happens, it won’t save the file to photos anymore

Thanks for your feedback. Did you try rebooting your device and relaunching the app? Additionally please add more detail - what Aloha version and iOS version do you use on your iPad?

Aloha v7.14.1 and iOS 26.2. Rebooting etc doesn’t do anything

I added a few other files that I have transferred before and then tried the save process again, it worked on the previous files but not on lots of the new ones. All the files are MP4s, could it be different codecs or something like that.

1. Click arrow in top right corner in browser to open files.

2. Click edit and select a file

3. Click box with up facing arrow in bottom right corner

4. Click save video.

Nothing happens, videos used to save into ipad photos

Please download any new video from the web and share that video to camera roll, does it work fine with new videos?
