Please do the following:

  1. Open iOS settings
  2. Tap apple account in the upper corner
  3. Tap password and security
  4. Tap apps using apple id
  5. Choose Aloha
  6. There you will find private email witch was generated for you during registration

I am having the same problem maximum devices reached. But I signed up with my AppleID, and I think they used a masked one and I don't know where to get it.

But here's my AppleID: mnsor-3000@hotmail.com
