Browser not opening

Hi,


My browser keeps on crashing on logo, waited for 2 updates but the problem consists.

Have already tried debug mode, resetted settings and all, same no result.

Tried to report the problem via mail, through debug mode but nobody has gotten back to me.

I am using my ipad air 2, ios 14.2.

I do not want to lose all my downloads.

There is only one file of data.bin, there should be two. Please try to send report once more:

1. Go to iPhone/iPad Settings

2. Scroll down to find Aloha app and tap it

3. Turn Debug switch on

4. Go to Aloha app

5. Tap Report in the top right corner and send it to us

We will look into it as soon as we can.

We haven't received any additional reports from you, unless you are sending them from another email?

I’ve recent it now using both my registered mail & icloud mail (attachments & airdrop), I am also attaching it here.

Yes it does, is there any other way to access the files? So I can completely uninstall and reinstall?
