My files were deleted without me touching them.

Woke up today to check on some files I was downloading and noticed that other files had been deleted overnight. I had not moved or deleted these files and they’re just gone.

- what Aloha version do you currently have?

- what OS version do you have on your device?

I am running Aloha version 3.1.1 on iOS version 13.3.1

Please go to Aloha Downloads Settings -> enable 'Files Access' switch -> exit settings and pull down Aloha downloads page to refresh. Your downloads should reappear right away!

They didn’t reappear. The files are still gone. Files access was already enabled. I disable it and then re-enabled it to follow your steps and the issue hasn’t resolved. I checked my files app that is preinstalled on iPhone and the files are nonexistent there as well.

Yes, I have 30gb of unused space.

Please send us report:

1. Go to iPhone/iPad Settings

2. Scroll down to find Aloha app and tap it

3. Turn Debug switch on

4. Go to Aloha app

5. Tap Report in the top right corner and send it to us
