I have been trying multiple times but for some reasons, I cannot sync my iPhone and PC tabs

I just registered... and I find a windows 10 problem. I also see aloha response stating win 10 is in BETA status. Question: Is there any chance the WIN 10 product will allow (NON APPLE / IOS) user a fully useful product similar to your other products? Any feed back is appreciated.
