Download done but no thumbnail.

After downloading a video, it turns into some sort of bit file that I can't play, but shows the file size. Attached below is a screenshot of the downloaded "video". Here's an example link from the site:

The error occurs on every video within the website. I already tried rebooting my phone, reinstalling the app, and the debug mode feature as well.
