Download error

Good day!

I have a trouble with downloading video with Aloha version 3.2.7 for iPad.

iPad Air 2019 (3rd edition) MUUJ2RU/A

iOs version 14.6

The problem occurs in two different ways:

1. Video downloads but after ‘proccessing’ it says download error;
2. Video can’t be download at all.

Only this advise helps(but not on every video):

1. Open aloha
2. Open another app with splitScreen
3. Reduce the size of the aloha app to a minimum
4. open site in aloha
5. download video
6. if download doesn't work, please reload the page.

Please help!
