Hi,

Please kill Aloha app- tap iPhone home button twice and swipe Aloha up to close it. Reopen it and use normally.

If the issue occurs again, please report it back.

Thanks,

I've been having trouble with this as well, but for me, your instructions haven't worked. I have also restarted my phone and tried opening the app in debug mode. I have over 6 gb of files on the app and I do not wish to lose any of it. Please help me. Thanks.

I understand. Lets try this:

Please send report to us through Debug mode:

1. Go to iPhone Settings

2. Scroll down to find Aloha app and tap it

3. Turn Debug switch on

4. Go to Aloha app

5. Tap Report in the top right corner and send it to us

How can I go to the app to debug it if it won’t even open. All it does is show the A and then bugs out and takes me back to my home screen

Have you figured out why my Aloha app won’t open and/or what I should do to fix it after the update?

I had to 1. Backup my phone to my computer 2. Delete the Aloha Browser 3. Restore the Phone from the Backup 4. Open the app in Debug Mode 4. Then return to normal browser

it should work after that, that’s what i had to do
