doesnt open aloha

doesn’t open aloha till sort my files.

while changing sort by date to size, aloha shut down.

i don’t want to lose my files in aloha(didn’t connect files app)

i use iphone 11 pro

ios 13.6.1

aloha version 2.23.0

Thanks for your feedback! Please update Aloha app to the latest App Store version. We have released bug fixes and improvements. It should definitely help with the error you are having.

i update my aloha browser to latest version,

but still doesn't open.

i can't delete app because it has important file in download folder, and that folder doesn't linked itunes.

how can i move file, or does aloha browser fixed by next update?

In this case, please send us report:

1. Go to iPhone/iPad Settings

2. Scroll down to find Aloha app and tap it

3. Turn Debug switch on

4. Go to Aloha app

5. Tap Report in the top right corner and send it to us

We will look into it as soon as we can.

turned on aloha debug mode in setting app, but still can't send report in aloha app because doesn't open aloha app.

Next week we will update our Debug mode and you will be able to send us a report even though the application is crashing, then we will be able to investigate the crash ad resolve it for you.
