download icon missing

unable to find the download icon anymore when i start playing video in full screen, help please? can't even download when i have a direct link.

2. http://kissasian.ch/Drama/Strong-Woman-Do-Bong-Soon/Episode-1?id=32543 , where it showed Legal Warning, due to copyright, can't be downloaded.
