Hey i have new updute 2.22.3 but it is not open app please help me and fix this

Hi there, thanks for the message.

Did you experience the same problem in the previous version?

And please send us a report:

1. Go to iPhone Settings

2. Scroll down to find Aloha app and tap it

3. Turn Debug switch on

4. Go to Aloha app

5. Tap Report in the top right corner and send it to us

We will look into it as soon as we can.

Here are instructions how to send report:

1. Go to iPhone/iPad Settings

2. Scroll down to find Aloha app and tap it

3. Turn Debug switch on

4. Go to Aloha app

5. Tap Report in the top right corner and send it to us

Same problem App does not open it crashes immediately. I’m using the latest version as well. Can send the debug report as the App will not open. Crashes everytime

App crashes won’t start at all. Can’t debug as app will never open. This started after latest update to app was downloaded.

Soon we will introduce improvements within debug mode, so you can send us report even though its crashing, so we can properly investigate it.

You can now send us a report from debug mode - it wont crash. Once you do it we will investigate it and fix it at the earliest!

Please update Aloha app to v.2.22.4 in the app store (manually) and then do the following:

1. Go to iPhone/iPad Settings

2. Scroll down to find Aloha app and tap it

3. Turn Debug switch on

4. Go to Aloha app

5. Tap Report in the top right corner and send it to us
