There are some errors in the UI interface

All five buttons at the bottom of my browser interface were in the wrong place, except for bookmarks, which I couldn't click to use. They look like the whole thing is moving down.

My phone is iPhoneXS, and all this happened after I updated IOS13.

I'm trying to update the app in the appstore, but it shows me it is no longer available, developer has remove this app.

Now the problem has made it almost impossible for me to use the browser.
