VPN doesn’t work

Hi, first of all I should like to thank you for your beautiful app.

I have a problem: the VPN connection doesn’t work on my iOS devices (both iPhone and iPad); works perfectly on my Android device.

Could you please suggest me how to solve it?

Hi, Sandro

Please try this on both devices:

1. Go to Aloha 'Settings'

2. Scroll all the way down and choose 'Remove VPN Profile'

3. Close Settings

4. Tap Shield icon and re-install VPN profile

Let me know if it works!

I’ve just tried on both devices but it does’t work... the same error message as before: “il server VPN non ha risposto”

On my Android device (Samsung S7) works perfectly; very quick connection, just a couple of seconds

Please send us a report:

1. Go to iPhone Settings

2. Scroll down to find Aloha app and tap it

3. Turn Debug switch on

4. Go to Aloha app

5. Tap Report in the top right corner and send it to us

It seems the problem is with my adsl provider... no problem with cellular connection

I’ve read something about this problem with my internet provider (Wind infostrada). It seems the problem is the router/modem setup and configuration... ip addres, dns, and so on but i”m non so strong in this topic. My router modem is a Fritzbox 7490, could you please help me?
