why is there a vibration when i type my password (android)

i got a samsung android and i saw that aloha put an permission to manage the vibration. so even my vibration is off on my phone it keep doing it... is an devlopper mode or something like that so i can turn it off..

Thanks for your inquiry. There is no Vibration settings within Aloha browser. You can adjust this function in your device settings.

sure??? so why i saw that in the predefinite autorization of the app and also even if i go on silent mode on my cell phone it keep doing it... ewn when i compose number on my keypad for call ot dosent do that..
