Hello,

for month I have a problem with the WiFi connection and the VPN premium service on my iPad.

If I restart the iPad I didn’t get connection to any WiFi the whole time till I delete the VPN settings in the iPad settings manually.

What’s the problem and how to fix this?

Thanks in advanced.

Specs:

VPN for whole iPad

VPN active every time

Hi there,

Please do the following:

1. Go to Aloha 'Settings'

2. Scroll all the way down and choose 'Remove VPN Profile'

3. Close Settings

4. Tap Shield icon and re-install VPN profile

ps.: please do not manage VPN settings in iPad's settings, it will end up in VPN errors. Operate VPN in Aloha Settings only.

Sorry, it’s not solved. I removed the VPN through the Aloha App instead of removing it in the iPad settings. But nothing changed.

Please take a look at the video.

I think it has something to do with your automatically VPN connection.

What Aloha version do you have at the moment?

I tried to fix this with an update 8 month ago.

Than 6 month ago and the last one was 4 month ago.

I upraded from V2.15.2 to V2.19 now.

I made two restarts. It works at the moment. I hope it’s fixed now.

Thanks
