VPN is no longer working in China after subscription

I was using Aloha browser vpn over a month with vpn without any subscription. I needed to use vpn in background and I choose to subscribe to the plan. But now unfortunately VPN is not working at all. Not even in the browser. Please help to resolve this problem. If unable to resolve it kindly cancel my subscription and please provide the normal Aloha browsing experience with VPN.

FYI Aloha provided a great service and helped my work a lot before the subscription. Thank you
