I cant access to Aloha for work

I cant access to Aloha for work iPhone 7. Have the newest update and iOS 12.

And I Turn Debug on

I have tried it many times it is still not opening It gets struck at aloha logo

And also from my old iPhone it's the same update 10.3.2 same problem

I have the similar situation that my APP doesn’t open it would crash every time I hit the icon.

Here is what happened

I mistakenly offloaded the app first and then quickly reinstalled but when I went on the App Store trying to update the latest version, it says developer has removed from the App Store ? Please help there are so many important data
