I have Aloha premium and it works fine on my iPhone, but not working on pc

I have aloha premium on my phone and i recently downloaded aloha on my Pc. I have logged in the same email id but Aloha premium doesnt work on my pc. Every time i try use premium server it takes me to different tab and goes in my profile settings thats it, However aloha premium works fine on my phone. So what should i do about it any idea?

i have an wallet there but i dont have any recover options!

I am having this problem. I have attempted both logging out then in, and reinstalling. neither have resolved the issue.

I have this same exact problem. I think its just better to cancel the subscription and buy a subscription for another VPN.
