I have premium and still the VPN doesnt work on PC/Windows 10

Thanks for your feedback. Please add log file so we can look into it: go to C:\Users\%USER_NAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\aloha_vpn.txt (change %USER_NAME% to local user name in windows). Thank you,

Please restart AlohaMobile VPN service: Open “service” windows app. Find “AlohaMobile VPN service” and click Restart. Afterwards try to connect again!
