Waiting for Connection

I’m realizing that’s it’s now any video on any site. I will screenshot the last 4 videos I’ve tried to download, the links to their site, the version of iOS being used, the model of phone I’m using as well as the version of Aloha being used. I’ve read a few of your other tickets and realize you guys are precise on what it is you’d like us to provide to you and not adhering to that can prolong the matter getting fixed potentially have your ticket thrown out altogether.

These are screenshots illustrating my model of iPhone, the version of iOS being used, the latest version of aloha out and the version of aloha I’m using. It may also illustrate that there are no updates needed for the app but that is assumed by my depiction of most of alohas updates shown chronologically and my version being the last

I’ve checked all the links and they’re working fine.

First, please check if the "Use mobile data" toggle is enabled.
After switching it on, go back to Downloads and tap ▶ on any item showing "waiting for connection".

If that doesn’t work, please go to:
iOS Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data Usage (Apps)
Make sure the toggle for Aloha is turned ON.

It’s funny I received your suggestion when I did as about a half hour ago I did this very thing. Unfortunately it has not resolved the issue.

If there is anything else you might suggest other than throwing the phone away, let me know. I’m saving the finality of throwing the phone out of a moving vehicle for next week.

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that it’s BAU. I changed my SIM card,, had my mobile provider reset a few things and now it’s up and running.
