Regarding Aloha's Synchronization Feature
Hello,
How secure is the synchronization and server data for Aloha's profiles, including history and bookmarks? Is it end-to-end encrypted? Can Aloha see this data?
Thanks.

Good day,
Thanks for your question!
Aloha sync data (like history and bookmarks) is securely stored but not end-to-end encrypted. We use end-to-end encryption only for password sync, which requires a user-created passphrase to keep that data fully private.
To simplify the sync experience, we don’t use passphrases for other data. However, Aloha employees cannot access user data, encrypted or not — this is enforced by strict internal policies.
We're also looking into expanding end-to-end encryption to more data types in the future.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Take care,
Aloha Team
