Downlads Show "cancelled" when finalizing

Ive tried many different times to download and once its nearly finished, it shows cancelled. I am using a 2025 macbook M4 chip. It is Macbook Tahoe 26.4.1 which is the latest iOS version.

there is a screenshot of what the outcome of my downloads look like. I have over 30G available on my macbook so plenty of memory.

Thanks for your feedback. We have tested the site and it works fine on our test devices, in this case:

Restart the Device: Please restart your device and try the download again. This often clears temporary system glitches that prevent files from saving properly.
Planned Fix: If the problem persists after a reboot, please note that we are preparing improvements for the video loader in the upcoming release. This update is specifically designed to handle these types of errors more effectively.
