Aloha still not downloading in the background
Aloha has been for months not downloading in the background.
I’m on the latest iOS on 2 iPhones and still nothing.
I’ve unticked and ticked background downloading and still nothing.
I’m trying to attach a video showing that while I’m on Aloha the video downloads and then when coming out of Aloha and back on it stops
When will Aloha resolves this!!

I cannot as it’s from my synology NAS drive that worked fine a couple of months ago but since your updates this has been completely destroyed.
This has been ongoing, multiple people have been complaining and you keep asking for more and more.
All that needs to be done is revert back to the original method in which every time you attempt to download a video file, you receive an iOS download symbol next to the WiFi symbol. This indicated background downloading on iOS and it worked, why did you change that. That has destroyed background downloading. Please revert back to the old method!
Check and see, any website with a video over 30 mins, either will not run in the background or at times fails.
In the past, you would see an iOS download indicator next to the WiFi symbol, now you see nothing.
Have mentioned this to the team and yet you guys are completely disregarding this.
I want to cancel my membership but as I’ve had the membership for a while apple refuses to refund.
This is absurd that I’m a paid subscriber and I don’t get the benefits that you guys promis!

Hi, Background downloading fix is available in 8.6.0 version, so please update Aloha and try again 🛠️

Issue has not resolved, it is still doing the same thing and also there is no background download icon again just like in the image above, please stop completing cases you have NOT RESOLVED
