DELETED MY ACCOUNT - Why are you still charging me?

Hi Aloha,

Could you please refund my money? I have deleted my account and I have tried to reach out to separately via email but no response. Why are you still charging me for the premium????? Please note that I subscribed via Stripe previously. Please cancel and refund.

Thanks for your feedback. We haven't received any emails from you previously, and please note that deleting your account does not cancel Premium subscription.

I have cancelled your Stripe payments and issued a refund.
