After installing it on Linux Mint, the spinners keep spinning in the “Brand Book” > “buttons” settings, and I can't turn them off. Is that how it's supposed to be?

This section in the settings only displays our internal design elements and isn't intended to be visible to users. We hide it in our production builds for Windows and macOS, but we accidentally left it enabled here. So it's completely normal that they're displayed like this.
