please sort this out as i had to buy another subscription again and again. my pc crashed and after recovery i cant log back in as a new device. im pretty sure the allowance is more than one device. this is really poor service and waste of money. i get error message when i try logging in with gmail, apple or paypal email ( yes i have had to register for new account this many time )
