VPN basic server overloaded.

Thanks for your feedback. Please reinstall Aloha VPN profile and try the servers again:

For iOS users: Go to Aloha VPN settings - Tap Remove Aloha VPN profile - Exit Settings and tap shield icon to reinstall Aloha VPN profile.

For Android users: Go to device settings - Connections - VPN - Aloha VPN - Remove Aloha VPN profile - Go to Aloha app - tap shield icon to reinstall Aloha VPN profile.

Disconnected and reconnected but still says Overloaded and fails to loads websites. It asks me to add the website to the ‘allowed website list’ but that requires ID in U.K. !

I’m on the latest of both. (iPhone 16pro)

Hi can confirm the issue is still occurring - free vpn still says ‘overloaded’. Only restricted websites don’t load such as 18+. Google and other general websites work (slowly). Can confirm it’s also the same even if using mobile data connecting with the VPN (still won’t work).

Please provide the exact addresses of 2–3 websites that don’t work.

* Do these websites open with the VPN switched OFF?

* Did they work before, and if so, roughly when did the issue start?

* With Aloha VPN ON, please open cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/trace and ipleak.net, then send us screenshots of the opened pages.

These pages should only show information about the VPN connection, not your personal data, so it’s safe to share the screenshots.

Okay so the issue started around 3-5 weeks ago. I know that in the U.K. we have the online privacy act - however, PH most definitely opened without a VPN, it would just load a safe and non 18+ version of the site. Now, even without a vpn it doesn’t show - and when the VPN used to work it would take you to the 18+ side of the site, it no longer does. Just get the following error messages….

There’s no available update on iOS. I’m on version 18.10.0?

Slight misunderstanding - Like I said, there is no available update for the Aloha app on the iOS platform. I am currently on 18.10.0 which is the latest. Please advise what to do next or what firmware version I should look out for - many thanks

Hi, Latest Aloha version is 8.10.0 which is listed below in your screenshot. It seems you are already on the latest. Just to clarify 18.10.0 is Apple operating system version.

Try to reinstall VPN Aloha Profile once more:

Go to Aloha VPN settings - Tap Remove Aloha VPN profile - Exit Settings and tap shield icon to reinstall Aloha VPN profile.

Not helpful at all. And I think you’ll find iOS current operating system is 27.1. Not sure where you’re getting 18.10.0 from.

It’s been 16 days now with no fix and you’ve just suggested a step that you’ve already told me to do, to which I told you that it didn’t fix the problem.

Please investigate more thoroughly and apply a fix in the next update !

Hi, in your tickets it is mentioned several times you are using 18.10.0 version, I now see its a typo mistake - thought you meant iOS older version 18. Just a misunderstanding. It is noted you are using latest Aloha 8.10.0 version and iOS 27.1.

No problem - I am actually on iOS 26.6.1.

I was just highlighting that the current available iOS is 27.1
