Trying to get premium

I downloaded Aloha browser onto an Android phone using an APK instead of the Google Play Store. No problems until I tried to take advantage of the .99 cents a month offer for Aloha Premium. I got a notification that said I could not be billed through Google Play I would have to go to this help center for resolution. Can I subscribe to Premium for 99 cents a month through a different payment method?

Please advise.
