More than one Download on old device but not on new one

Got a new phone, my old device let me download multiple files at once, my new one doesn’t. Can you help please

Yes it is, but I don’t have premium on my old device yet I can download more than one video at a time..

In the older versions, multiple downloading was available within the standard browser version.
