I can't download videos

When I try to download a video from any websites it’s a problem. See attached screenshot ( Loading error. Server isn’t available). All apps have been updated and iPad system also updated. Recently I have had the same problem but somehow it fixed without any of my actions. And now the same problem…Please help me to solve this problem.

P.S. Aloha app last updated version 4.3.3, iPad iOS 15.7.2
