VPN doesnt seem to work on my devices

Hello there,

Firstly, I’ve got to say that I love your app, and I’ve been using it in subscription for almost 1,5 years

A week ago I got a problem with connection to VPN service on both my devices (iPhone & iPad)

So, I found one of the solved cases (delete vpn profile and restart) and tried it myself, but it didn’t help

And I’d like to know how to fix that
