No puedo recuperar videos
Perdí todos los vídeos , videos que jamás podré volver a bajar de la familia hay manera de recupera una app externa me borró el cache de todo el cel y perdí videos que no se pueden volver a bajar no están en papelera no descargas no están en ningún lado

Thanks for posting! If you haven't backed up your files on the cloud or anywhere else, then there is no option to restore your files.
