Adding Picture in Picture(PiP) to the Android Version

I'm on the Pixel 7 Pro on Android 13 and I noticed that there wasn't a picture in picture mode. I recently moved from the IOS version which did have it. I only now realize how nice having PiP really is. I'd be awesome to have it on Android too.

I'm currently on the Aloha Beta version 4.10.2
