I won premium on Nov 2 email said it would be activated this week but it hasn’t yet even tho I followed the directions

We have extended the deadline, so Premium plan will be added to your account automatically once the promo is over 🙂

My Premium account has not yet been activated either. Registration should have been completed by 17 November. If the Premium account is not activated within the next week, I will cancel my account.
