I'm trying to sign into my account on a Windows 10 device and can't. I verified that my email and password are right and even reset them and can sign in on mobile as well as the website. After downloading the desktop application from the Aloha site I cannot sign in on the desktop app. It comes back that my credentials are incorrect and will not let me sign in even though I have verified everything is correct. The only place I have complications logging in is on Windows. I have also deleted and reinstalled the application from the installation package twice and this has not fixed the issue.
