Aloha install failed

I am trying to reinstall Aloha on a HP 25L Windows 11 and install fails everytime

The error I am seeing is installation was failed. It's in the attached file that I've included showing the details as well.

Apologies for delay, do you have Windows administrator rights to be able to install it? Please try again and if the same error happens - add a log from C:\Users\<USER NAME>\AppData\Local\Temp\aloha_installer.log

I tried installing it again using administrator and it still failed

Please delete Aloha with "Add/remove programs" app (you can save user data in this case) and install version 1.4.0.0 again. According to your logs new installer can't delete old one.

also not able to start up, the download goes through and it installs on my computer but the browser wont launch
