Tab(s) Control

when i am on my tablet/ipad the tabs seems to be using "(M)ost (R)ecent (O)rientation" instead of "(C)reated (D)ate (O)rientation". is it possible to make this an option in appearance. when using MRO then the recent active tab is placed to the end of tabs list but if we use CDO then dont move the tabs around. this is just a preference.
