Problem with passcode
I set up m 4-digit passcode when i installed Aloha years ago. Recently I've encountered a problem with accessing the passcode entry screen. I open the app on my Android phone and it just sits there; it does not present the numerical keypad to enter my passcode. Is there a known fix for this? Thanks Jim Dillon

Can you please try to reboot your device and relaunch Aloha app? This looks like a temporary glitch. Let me know if it works afterwards!

I did as suggested and it seems to be working now. I guess I am wondering why there is a delay in presenting the keypad at all- seems unnecessary. Thanks! JD
