Unable to connect to the VPN using desktop browser

In Progress hoobrey 5 months ago

I'm having trouble connecting to a VPN using my desktop browser. I'd like to know if it's supported or if there's a current issue with its function. When I try to connect to any available VPN, it just says "connecting" and then nothing happens after a while.

Good day,

Please add report: On your PC open "C:\Users\%USER_NAME%\AppData\Local\Temp" (where %USER_NAME% - current user name) and send file "aloha_vpn.txt" to us. Thanks,

I am currently living in Cambodia.

Please also do the following:

  1. Restart Aloha Mobile service (from windows “service” settings)
  2. Try to to connect to these three VPN services: Cambodia, USA and Germany.
  3. Add a log once more for our diagnostics.

Thank you,

I also randomly started having this problem yesterday for some reason.

According to your second report, your wifi admin is blocking our servers, in this case, best would be to switch to another wifi network or consult your current one.

USA, it's only the desktop version though, the vpn on mobile works fine for me.

Yes, the same thing is happening with me. I have no issues connecting to the VPN on my mobile using the same Wi-Fi that I am currently using with my desktop version.

Please download the latest version 3.0.0.0 from our website and install it with the right mouse button “Run as administrator”.
