Cannot view my new profile

Completed John Kaysen 2 months ago

I tried creating a new profile, but I cannot view the new profile (jkaysen.1@outlook.com). When I try to view it, I get the login screen, I enter the new profile credentials, then I get this error message:

Not FoundCould not find requested resource

Return Home

My existing profile is the old one (jrkaysen@outlook.com). I want to profiles to sync more than 5 devices. I'm willing to pay for an extra profile if needed.

Can you help?

Thanks,

John Kaysen

Hi there,

You can have more one one aloha profile accounts with different emails, however you can only use one profile at a time, if you wish to use another one you have to re-log in.

I did log out, then re-log in. I even tried logging into Aloha on a different computer where I had never logged into Aloha before.

The problem I need your help with is that I cannot view my new Aloha profile. When I try to view profile settings, I get asked to log in again, but log in fails with an error message saying “Could not find requested resource”.

This means I cannot manage connected devices for the new account (jrkaysen.1@outlook.com). Does it need to be a Premium account to do so?

Can you just make it clear, you have two aloha accounts now, one is working fine, another one displays error when you try to log in.

If you have two accounts, under what emails are they?

The two accounts are jrkaysen@outlook.com (working fine) and jkaysen.1@outlook.com (gave error message).

I just found a solution. I cleared all of my browser data while logged in with the account giving the error. After restarting Aloha and logging back in, the issue was resolved. I can view my profile settings now.

Thanks for your help!
