Why can't I change my location? I have a Premium subscription.

Lets try to reinstall Aloha VPN profile and try the server again:

Go to Aloha VPN settings - Tap Remove Aloha VPN profile - Exit Settings and tap shield icon to reinstall Aloha VPN profile.

Let me know if it works afterwards!

I did all this, nothing helped, it just deleted my profile and the VPN still doesn't work! It only got worse. How do I get my Premium subscription back now?

And the weirdest thing is that Aloha VPN works on my iPhone but not on mac os! But I uninstalled it like you said and now I can't log in to my account with a premium subscription that I paid for a whole year. What should I do?

What about my Premium subscription? I'm worried! My premium profile was deleted from all devices, now it's worse. After you said delete ALOHA VPN profile and clicked on shield nothing happened, no reinstall. Need to restore everything as soon as possible because I have to work!

Hi there,

I have advised you to delete Aloha VPN profile, not Aloha Profile account.

If you wish to again sync Premium plan on all devices, you have to create new Aloha Profile account on your iPhone with active Apple ID account which you used to Purchase Premium subscription.
