Good day,

Thanks for your feedback. What is your country of residence? Also, do you use another network on your PC?

Please add report:

On your PC open "C:\Users\%USER_NAME%\AppData\Local\Temp" (where %USER_NAME% - current user name) and send file "aloha_vpn.txt" to us. Thanks,

Apologies for the delay!

So it seems that your system can't run our VPN servers. What Aloha version do you currently use? Please try to run C:\Users\<You user name>\AppData\Local\Aloha Mobile\Aloha\Application\<Your Aloha version>\aloha_service.exe.

Thank you,

How to Fix Windows Service Startup Error 193: 0xc1:

Error 193: 0xc1 in Windows occurs when the system tries to start a service but finds that the file or path is not a valid executable (.exe). This issue is often caused by incorrect service configuration or an invalid file path.

Here are some steps to resolve the issue:1. Check the Service Executable Path

  • Open the Services window:Press Win + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.Find the problematic service in the list.Right-click on it → Select “Properties”.Check the “Path to executable” field.
  • Ensure the file exists, has the correct extension (.exe), and is executable.

2. Check Files in C:\Windows\System32

  • Sometimes, this error is caused by a file with the same name as the service located in the C:\Windows\System32 directory or the current working directory but with an invalid extension (e.g., a text file).
  • Ensure there are no incorrectly named files in that directory.

3. Verify Dependencies

  • Make sure all services required by your service are running properly.
  • You can check dependencies in the service properties under the “Dependencies” tab.

4. Check Permissions

  • Ensure that the user account running the service has sufficient permissions to access the file.
