Support of sd cards with capacity of 2 TB

Hello,

the content of my sd card with capacity of 2 TB is not available in Aloha browser but within the normal Galary. Can you give me an information, when support for sd card with 2 TB is available?

Thanks for your feedback. We have no limitations regarding SD card memory. Any card should be available.

What is phone model and android version?
Also please install a second aloha and check the availability of the SD card in it

tablet model: Samsung galaxy tablet 8 ultra

Android Version: 14

Another device with sd card reader is not available at this moment.

not working with both browsers (Beta and standard). My 1,5TB sd card and other smaller sd cards work without problems ...

Hi there,

Would you agree if we send you APK to install on your device for debugging purposes. The APK could analyse SD card paths and suggest what needs to be done to fix the error.
Of course, it wouldn’t send any data to us directly but would provide a way to copy all the necessary information to be sent to us in a follow-up.
