cant connection Vpn on ipad. Confirm VPN profile installation to use safe mode. How fix it

- What country servers do you use?

- what Aloha version and iOS version do you use on your ipad?

- When you experience VPN connection cut, is there a pop up error message? If so, please forward a screenshot so we can look into it.
