[Web] Premium User download speed is worst than free

As titled said, the download speed for premium is even worst than free version.

Also premium only allow 2 download at maximum which is same as free version.

how to fix the download speed?

Thanks for your feedback. Free version lets you download one file at a time, Premium - multiple files, just make sure you use downloading threads correctly:

For one large file the best option is eight threads. It will have the highest performance for one file. However, due to technical restrictions, other files will use only one thread and the download process will be slower.
For a few small size files, for example tv series or short videos - for best result set it to 4 threads. The browser will download 2-3 files using multithread with maximum speed.
If you download small files in bulk, pictures, songs, etc. two threads is the best option to download files simultaneously.

On what website do you experience slow speed? Please attach video link for testing.

The maximum file to download in premium is just 2, if you add more downloads it will be on queue & auto remove from download list.

what does the threads means? should have a trial version for us before purchase, feels like wasted my money & get no refund for this.

Some of the websites do not allow multiple downloading, hence the mentioned behaviour. We will be happy to test it for you, on what website do you get downloading limitations? Downloading threads are in the Downloads settings, you can select your preference.

I'm using Aloha Web-browser. I do not see any downloading threads in the download settings. could you guide?

That makes sense! These settings are only available for mobiles and tablets, windows version does not offer that (only 1 file recommended at once, we will work on better options in the future). However please send us a web link to video and we will look into downloading speed for you.
