The App version 7.6.0 does not open always crash at logo

Hi there,

Thanks for the message.

Please send us report:

1. Go to iPhone/iPad Settings

2. Scroll down to find Apps - tap Aloha in the list

3. Toggle Debug mode on

4. Go to Aloha app

5. Tap Report in the top right corner and send it to us

We will look into it as soon as we can.

I have already shared the Report from debug mode many times along the past two weeks

But I have not received any updates from your side and the App still crashes

Could you please check my emails and reviews?

However I will follow your advice again hopefully your team will analyze and rectify this time

Please asking your swift support for the data stored is huge and cannot access now

We have received 3 reports form the same device, with one data.bin file, however we need data.bin1, data.bin2 and data.bin3, we will look into the report you have send to us, and if we need more data we will let you know. We appreciate your time!

However please advise me how to create or capture three data bin files that you are asking me to send to you

I don’t know how to find those files

I am still unable to use the App since the version 7.6.0 was produced and even the latest version 7.6.1

It immediately crashes at logo and never let open

Please update the status of recovery because I need to access my data captured within the App

I am sorry to say that am still awaiting for three weeks now and this is frustrating please help

Thank you for taking time checking my concern and replying

Pls note I have downloaded the newest version 7.7.1 but it still crashes at logo

The App size is 204.1 MB but the download is only 199.1 MB although there is enough storage space

Please advise

Hi, thanks for letting me know, please forward another report from newly updated app:

1. Go to iPhone/iPad Settings

2. Scroll down to find Apps - tap Aloha in the list

3. Toggle Debug mode on

4. Go to Aloha app

5. Tap Report and hit send

But please not that I have been sending email and receiving same instructions and then following your advices and sending Reports without a solution

Note this is happening for three or four weeks now
