Windows 11 Latest version will not open

I have tried to update to the latest version of the browser and it failed. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it and the issue continues. (Have done this multiple times redownloaded the install file) I have also tried to modify (repair) the install via apps and that has not done anything.

The issue is that the browser window does not appear on screen - the service shows in task manager but nothing beyond that. I have manually deleted all files and have used tools to remove the registry entries. Nothing has worked for me.

Do you have any other suggestions or are others encountering similar problems?
